 Before, People used to eat healthy and fresh food
prepared at home. However, Today, eating habits have completely changed. Most
of the people now eat less healthy food which is fast food such as burgers and
fries. Eating fast food is caused by many reasons.

Lifestyle is one of the most effective reasons of
eating fast food. Many people work for a long time. They don’t have enough time
to prepare their food. For example, usually people have one hour break for
lunch when they are working. Therefore, if someone works from 8 am to 4 pm
daily and only have one hour break. He/She is not absolutely not going to home
and prepare his/her own food, Insted he/she will go to the nearest fast food
chain/restaurant and go back to work and that will affect him/her because
he/she get used to do this.

Fast food, it is convenient and a tasty addition to
a diet, can have serious health and social effects. People should learn to
choose fast food carefully and remember the pleasure of eating good food in
good company.

It is true that we can save time in buying or eating
fast food but we don’t know that it can also lead us to some health problems.
Therefore, Eating fast food can have a significant
impact on ones health. Though many people enjoy eating fast food and think it
tastes great, the health consequences can be serious and can range from
everything to low energy levels to weight gain and illness.
